- Be respectful and honest. Don't manipulate markets, scam people or pretend to be someone else.
- No spam, no undisclosed paid promotion and no copying our data outside the Service.
- Report problems. We moderate proportionately, tell you why and let you appeal.

1Scope
These rules apply to everything you do in the Service, including posts, replies, images, profiles, usernames and direct messages. They form part of our Terms of Service.
2Market integrity
- Don't coordinate or promote pump-and-dump schemes, and don't spread false or misleading information to move prices.
- If you promote a coin you hold, or you are paid or rewarded to promote it, say so clearly in the post.
- Don't promise guaranteed profits or present your opinion as certain.
- Don't offer to manage other people's money, collect funds, run copy-trading or sell signals through the Service.
- Don't pretend to be a project, exchange, analyst, our team or anyone else.
3Respectful conduct
No harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, doxxing or sharing other people's private information. No sexual content, graphic violence or content that exploits minors. No illegal content and nothing that encourages illegal activity.
4Security and fair use
- No malware, phishing links or attempts to trick people into revealing keys or passwords.
- No scraping, bots or automated access, and no load testing.
- No multiple accounts to abuse the preview, trial or invitation rewards.
- No probing for vulnerabilities, except responsible disclosure as described below.
5Spam
No repetitive posts, unsolicited bulk messages, invite-link spam, fake engagement or buying and selling of accounts or usernames.
6Rights of others
Only post content you have the right to share. If you believe content infringes your rights, send us a notice at support@quantradar.ai with a description of the content, where it is, and why it infringes your rights.
7Reporting and moderation
You can report content or accounts to support@quantradar.ai. Tell us where the content is and why it is illegal or breaks these rules. We review reports carefully and without undue delay.
Depending on how serious a breach is, we may remove content, limit features, issue a warning, or suspend or close the account. In urgent cases, such as scams or threats, we act immediately. When we restrict your content or account, we tell you what we did, why and on what basis, unless the law prevents this.
You can appeal a decision within 6 months by replying to our message or emailing support@quantradar.ai. A person who was not involved in the original decision reviews your appeal. Users in the EU may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under the Digital Services Act. support@quantradar.ai is also our point of contact for authorities.
8Responsible disclosure
If you find a security vulnerability, report it to support@quantradar.ai and give us reasonable time to fix it before any public disclosure. Do not access, change or delete other users' data beyond what is needed to show the problem. We will not take legal action against good-faith research that follows these rules.
